Collection: 02. Japan Stone

In Japan our company Japanese Stone is loved by so many people.

We are the only one to have all the stone mined in Japan, and we want that people from all over the world can enjoy this gemstone.

Since ancient times, Japanese life and stones have been closely related.
In the Jomon period, we used to crush nuts and hunt with arrows and axes.  Line up the stones, make stone circles, and pray to the gods.  Time by time, humans learned to "dress up" by making accessories such as comma-shaped jewels.
In later times, a culture that loves stones such as "garden stone" and "bonstones (tray-landscape foundation stone)" as a hobby was born,

There has also been a wide range of "stone use" methods, from stone walls to protect people and pickles stones to eat vegetables deliciously.

Minerals also have a lot of influence on the body.
Delicious vegetables are also influenced by nutrients and minerals contained in the soil, as the spring water.
Radiation and ions emitted from stones also affect the environment, people and animals...

The connection between stone and people is not only a story of other countries, but also the history of Japan.

However, the "stone culture" left in various parts of Japan is being lost with the changing trends of the times and needs.
In a sense, it may be unavoidable, but once you lose things or culture, you will never go back.

It takes a big amount of time for the stone to be generated. Millions of years, hundreds of millions of years.
The stones created by the earth over a long period of time are being forgotten by culture and, in some cases, are in danger of being discarded.

One day, we may not be able to cope with the trend of this early age by protecting our culture.
I want to put the spotlight on the Japanese stone and the culture of the region which accompanies it as the one that it never returns when losing it.

With your cooperation, we hope to think together and walk together.
