◆ What is Storkite?

Storkite is a stone with a deep bluish-green color, and it has been certified as part of the San'in Kaigan Geopark. Currently, it is no longer being mined. The stone has a beautiful gloss, and the more it is polished, the more its luster and reflections emerge.

The stone has a unique green color due to the abundance of high-quality water, wetlands, and the presence of an active volcano in ancient times.

It is also known as a "stone of memories," and its calm color brings peace to everyday life. Additionally, it is said to be a stone that symbolizes fertility, often associated with the stork, which is believed to bring children.
