Japan Stones: Yamasakura Stone
Producing district: Toyama Prefecture
Meaning: Artistic sense, good luck with moneys.

Toyama Prefecture is located in the Hida belt, which contains pink potassium feldspar and titanium-based magnetite, and has a weak magnetic force.
It was also used as the mausoleum of the Maeda family, the Sengoku period warlords of the Toyama domain, but perhaps because a large amount of stone was required, similar Manseishi from far away Okayama was also transported and used.
If there wasn't enough stone, I don't know why the Maeda family chose this pink stone instead of using other stones that were easy to procure, but perhaps they were guided by this beautiful color.
