Yoshino 

The town of Yoshino is almost located in the center of Nara Prefecture. Yamato Basin is the economic and political center of Nara prefecture. If you cross the Longmen Mountains that stretch out to its south, you will find surging Yoshino River, which originates from Odaigahara, continue even further south and you will be met with the many superimposed mountains of Yoshino Omine. With such richness of nature, Yoshino has continued to capture the hearts of Japanese people, since ancient times when the capital was once located in the Yamato Basin, and even now, when the capital has moved far away to Tokyo Mt. Yoshino in Nara Prefecture is know as the best of famous cherry blossom viewing spots. The cherry blossoms of Mt Yoshino have a story of over 1300years and have been well protected and worshipped as a sacred trees.

During spring 30.000cherry blossom tree bloom fully in a scenery you can see only here. This scenery as been described as "a thousand cherry blossom" and a "thousand at a glance".
