Cone-shaped incense with holes [contains purifying salt] IseJingu Miyamasugi

It is a part of the large cedar tree from the main shrine of Ise Jingu, where the Sacred Mirror (one of the Three Sacred Treasures) is enshrined, specifically from the main shrine of the Grand Shrine of Ise (Naiku), which was felled by Typhoon No. 18 in 2009.

Ise Jingu consists of two main shrines: the Naiku, which enshrines the Great Ancestor Goddess Amaterasu Omikami, and the Geku, which enshrines Toyouke Omikami, the deity of food, clothing, and shelter.

Cedar trees that grow and thrive within the sacred grounds of the Jingu's forest are called "Jingu Cedar."

Since the trees within the Jingu forest are not allowed to be felled, only fallen trees that are over 300 years old, such as wind-felled trees, are occasionally released into the world with the name "Goyama Cedar."

The "Oomuchinotama" (Great Sacred Jewel) refers to a sacred gem from a very revered god, with the term "Muchi" (meaning sacred) as a respectful honorific.
